Hey Dr TC and womens,

sounds like everyone is nailing their training plans.

TC I'm curious. I remember reading that you're aiming for a spring marathon. Are you following a training plan? Your training and mileage looks similar to the early weeks of the Pfitzinger 70 miles per week plan. Anyway, just being nosey :-)

I didn't meet any of my goals for last week, but in retrospect I still managed to run x6, swim x1 and climb x2, which is more than I felt I did!! My dd was ill, so I couldn't do as much as I wanted.

Goals for this week: swim x2, bike x2 (1 done), run x7 (3 done)
