Well, I was thinking that Baker City Cycling Classic (possibly the best amateur stage race in the US) was going to be the A race for 2019, but this new event looks too hard to pass up (see what I did there)

The price tag is a little steep, but it seems like a fair value since they cover all the logistics and food, beer and entertainment.

I could probably provide logistical help (airport pickups) and some camping gear for a couple of folks, especially if you fly into Eugene.
