Not exactly what I had planned for today, but close-ish. The plan was 20-30 100 usrpt. I felt like I needed a little extra rest today. So, I at least tried to push the pace.

6 mile run. Felt ok once I got going on the run. Crazy windy today (30mph gusting to 40).
