- ...or you can get a free trial...
- ...or subscribe for a month, etc.
- Convert workouts to fixed power repeats (if they aren't already)
- If you then visualized the plan, it would look something like the image linked below
- The patterns of the plan will be revealed, which will likely be nothing more than alternating between increasing combined interval duration to a practical limit and increasing intensity
- If you are not convinced that there are nothing to these plans, then go ahead and begin following the plan modified to use fixed power repeats
- Monitor training load using internal:external-load ratio per link and make requisite adjustments
- Realize that generic plans don't work
- Begin using your brain
- Smash the competition
