Re: Trainer road.com [Bryce Lewis TR]
Bryce,

Due to some chronic health issues, coupled with fit issues, followed by a new fit and some pedaling mechanical fixes, my power (per two separate ramp tests) plummeted to the lowest is has ever been - sub off the couch levels. While working out the fit and getting healthy (fingers crossed), I have been completing SSB 1 Mid Volume and am currently on the last week. I would assume I will have a somewhat substantial jump in FTP in large part due to health and fit and in small part due to the riding.

My thought as of now is to actually jump back and start SSB 1 over again since I would assume my FTP is at a more reasonable level now. I just don't know that the adaptation anticipated by SSB 1 will have occurred since I was at a ridiculously low FTP throughout (even though for the first few weeks it felt very hard). Riding the last two weeks my HR has stayed in zone 2 for most, if not all, of the intervals. Anything wrong with this idea?
