Other Races.
It was pointed out that I neglected to mention the PATH Run. This is the traditional kickoff to Ironman Week, It happens at Hale Halawai, Sunday October 6 at 7:30 am. There is a 5K and a 10K race. It's a great way to start the week and a nice fund raiser for PATH which is the local trail and bicycle lane advocacy and maintenance group. They also do a tremendous amount of keiki bike education.

I will not be "racing" this run this year. I will, however, be volunteering.
