We vacation in Dillon, CO, every other summer. I swim once or twice at the Silverthorne Rec Center, Elevation 9035'. It sucks unbelievably. The altitude doesn't seem to hurt my biking nearly as much. Running, I don't know, as I go super easy so I can have some legs left for the family hikes.
Had a short window to swim today so I went straight to a 1650 TT. I've lost 2 sec/100y since the end of short course swim season in May, as my volume has gone from ~12k yards week to ~5k yards per week.
