Tried something new today...

All 100s at 1:45 pace. No breaks between each set below. Keep the rest interval from the previous set between sets.

3x100 on 2:10
3x100 on 2:00
3x100 on 2:05
3x100 on 1:55
3x100 on 2:00
3x100 on 1:50

Ugh. I'm in Colorado on vacation instead of Dallas. Dunno if its the altitude or what. But, that sucked! Had to take a couple extra rests.

I was really hoping they were going to tell me it was really a 25m pool, but no.
