First brick workout with the tri club and first outdoor ride of the year today.
6km bike , 2 k trail run, followed by 12km bike followed by another 2k trail run. Felt really good on a very overcast, cool evening.
ETA- was also my first outdoor ride on my new-to-me tri bike that I built up and have been riding on the trainer. Everything worked and I didn't die, thankfully.
