I dunno. I'm getting kind of tired of our celebration of diversity. Every time I look behind the scenes at "diversity", I see racial preferences. I'm good with diversity, but I'm not good with racial preferences.

Diversity shouldn't be an objective, it should be a result of equal opportunity. What does our call for "diversity" mean when we make it easier for one racial group, and make it harder for another, because they're historic over achievers? If I was was of Indian or Oriental descent, I'd be pissed that my group was, in pursuit of "diversity", often intentionally excluded because my group tends to work it's ass off.

When our lack of diversity is a result of one group not working as hard to succeed as another, attempts to achieve diversity are racist as heck.
