That group is one that has a big wetsuit free culture.
Could be the same one.
Normally they don't really bother people swimming there, but over the years there had been times when one of these would just go rogue and target swimmers.
Not sure if it is all the mind-enhancing drugs in the water there or some other Techie group dynamics.
In any case it would be good if they could identify that guy and remove him from paradise.
