Bought Dec 2011. Not sure if that makes them the '11 or '12 model but disc technology hasn't changed much. I am not the original owner but I know the previous owner never ended up riding them and were still brand new when I picked them up a couple years ago.

Also, i'm assuming compatibility with a spacer but you'd need to confirm with HED or a certified HED retailer
