One step forward (An apology for some wrong-doing), and two steps back (Trump using VERY inflammatory language in a tweet - inciting potentially serious conflict in SE Asia).

That Trump tweet from a few minutes ago, is pretty scary when you consider that serious international conflicts have been started by far less inflammatory things.

Is this level of international brinkmanship helpful/hurtful?
