If your measurements are close to mine , I could send you my fit numbers you could use them as a starting point.I think that is the 2nd pic playing a trick on you perspective wise. Notice that for that pic the bike is on a riser block so it definitely looks like the arm pads are higher than the seat. But if you level both wheels out will it look different? Not sure but I suspect the pad are level with the seat instead. Could be wrong but it is hard to judge depth from a pic.
