Pics of the bottom of one of my favorite climbs near my house, Highway 72/Coal Creek Canyon in Colorado. 10 miles north of Golden, 10 south of Boulder. During the weekdays at the right times, you won't see many cars nor any people. It's awesome! Cat 1 climb, 10.5 miles with 2300ft + of climbing (start at 6200ft, finish up around 8500). Drop down over the back and another 10 miles and you're on the Peak to Peak Highway, which runs along the backside of the front range and was a nice, wide shoulder.
