Hello all. I am not new to tri but new to this forum. I searched prior threads and couldn't find anything similar but I do apologize if this is something that has been previously discussed.....

I am in the process of setting my 2014 goals and I wondered what you all think is a realistic goal for increasing my FTP. Meaning, is 10 watts unrealistic, 25? It seems like a lot to me, but just curious what others have experienced.
