Great advice from a lot of folks on here. Diagnosing the root cause is always helpful if the time exists to find the noise.

Mark thanks for clarifying. I sent you a PM with details about the Specialized dealer who instructed me and adamant that the epoxy procedure came from Specialized. Hopefully you guys can get to the bottom of the disconnect.
