Actually it is. The shop I went though has sold several P3's and P4's. I'd suggest finding another shop. In fact several shops have listed the P3's they have available in this thread; endure it! Sports, Landry's Bicycles, Colorado Multisport, and Tribe Multisport just to list a few.
