My goals were 2/2/5. I had 4/1/7. Eating - went pretty well except for yesterday - 6/7 there. Calendar's looking alright I guess.
I had a very happily busy week overall - am recertified in lifeguarding thanks to a two day "crash course;" spent some time with two of my professors' kids (it was April vacation week - I played board games with them and took them swimming, both of which were loads of fun), and exhibited my thesis work at the Grad Expo for two days.

M - 9.5 mi run, 1000 yd swim
T- 1:15 bike, 6.5 mi run, 1000 yd swim
W - 6.6 mi run
T - 8.5 mi run
F - 9 mi run, 2500 yd swim
S - 5 mi run, 2700 yd swim
S - 11.5 mi run

Slept in on Wed. so no second workout, Thursday I think I was just cranky, and yesterday I was back to being exhausted.

Goals for this week - 4/2/5. Shoulder and hip exercises 3x.

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
