Huh? I do my best on my site to explain how they work including videos and many words of attempted explanation. Most people seemingly cannot comprehend what we are talking about until they actually get on a pair as they seem to think PC's are simply the equivalent of single leg drills and since they have clipless pedals, they pedal in circles anyhow. If you have a better way of explaining what PC's are without someone riding them I am all ears, although i suspect that might be hard for you since I don't believe you have ever used them. But, just in case, send me your thoughts.
