WTF was going on with TO at the aid station....can he not "catch" water bottles (which is what you need to do when moving, and yes, I am monday morning QBing his wide receiver 1 hand ball catching skills)

According to the GPS tracker Jodie Swallow is about 9 seconds behind Ryf. Amazing.

I don't know if there is any sub 3 hour runners left in the field who can come within 10 min of Ryf into T2. This is hers to lose now.

That was a bizarre sequence. It's like he went delirious for a couple of minutes. Slows down, sits up, grabbing water bottles like he had never done it before.

It appears TO was just asking for the leader board to come up. But he looks very flustered at the moment, dropping bottles all over the place, swerving with his head on a swivel, not the look of someone calm and in control. I say he gets caught very soon, his head is just not right at the moment to be the leader. You lead the race so you don't have to look back..

Strong tailwind. Between Tim, Seb, and Frodo, I wonder if we'll see any records this year.
