Got my new zipp 606 set in today. Got them on the bike and noticed that the dust cover on the front hub rubs the fork leg. It does not bind the wheel at all but it does stop the dust cover from moving. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Does anyone else have the same issue?

What fork? If I were you, I'd just call Zipp. They'll be able to help.

profile carbon fork
Some forks, particularly 650c forks, have little to no clearance on the inside of the dropouts and may interfere with the dustcaps. The only forks we know of to commonly interfere is the wound up 650c and some older Profile forks which use the same fork body as the 700c with the legs cut shorter using special dropouts with larger offset to acheive the 100mm hub spacing. This leaves the inside of the fork legs much more narrow than standard just above dropout.
If there is no binding or contact, then there is no issue as the carbon dustcaps are spring loaded to the axle and not the hubshell, so they should not move or spin with the hub. If you have further questions please call one of our guys at 800.472.3972
