I just turned 30 in June; my wife turns 30 in October.

I have her to thank for getting hooked on this sport and for letting me swap pedals and seat and move bars and brake hoods on HER bike while she's pregnant so I can race on a *real* bike and not a &*^*&^ MTB. :-)

34, 35 in April Started tri a year and a half ago. At the beginning, felt unhealthy 45, feel 34 now and still headed down!!

it all depends on what chat room im in......if its a christian chat room then im a 12 year old boy (they like em that young) but if im in a aol chat room then im a 17 year old girl(just discovering myself).......when im in a seppo tri/iraq/bush room like this then im just a yobbo
