If you mean weigh my bike I use a bathroom scale. I weigh myself, then weigh myself while holding the bike and find the difference.

To weigh individual components I take them to work, I work in a calibration laboratory.

Electronic fish scale. You can even get a dial scale. Hang it up, and hang the bike or compnent on it. Some are pretty accurate.

Same as jaretj, just use the bathroom scale before and after and subtract. Not accurate to the absolute gram, but gives me a rough idea. My old steel classic weighed 24 lbs.

I use my bathroom scale to weigh the rider.

After that, there's no reason to worry about the weight of the bike. :P

"...what do you use to weight your bikes?"

I use lead tape from golf shops. That keeps the aero profile, but effectively weights the thing just fine.

Anyone remember a product from the early 90's called "The Pigg" - a lead filled water bottle designed to make your climbing sessions more demanding? I did a quick search for a pic, but wasn't able to find one on the 'net. If anyone still has their archive of Bicycling magazines from the early 90's though, it's reviewed in one of those issues.
