The thread on IF has me curious what everyone's eating habits are, and also starting to bore with the monotony of lockdown/distancing or whatever.
I'll post what I did yesterday and what I ate based on my vague memory, especially because I snack constantly and will update with the previous day the following day.
Everyone is encouraged to contribute regardless of what you are doing, maybe we'll get good ideas on how/what to eat better or maybe not as good just because sometimes that's good too.
-Coffee, Everything bagel
-4200 yd swim
-strawberry/banana/peanut butter smoothie
-assortment of granola bars
-80 mile bike, 1 fig bar, 1 lara bar, gatorade
-large salad with assortment of veggies, egg, cottage cheese
-2/3's thin crust supreme pizza
-A few craft IPAs and microwave popcorn
