They did a good job back then.

I ordered a set of tires for a 27" wheel with some tubes from them a few weeks ago. Processed the next day and arrived 5 days later. No problems at all and it was definitely the cheapest price online for what I was looking for.

I have bought some small things from them like lights, cassettes and chains, always came as advertised.
One time I had a question regarding gear ratios and which cassette to get, I called and got a real live person on the phone that knew bikes, who could imagine that.
In short yeah they are legit.

I created almost this exact same post 6 months ago and the consensus was that they were legit. I got an ISM saddle at a great price with quick shipping and it was authentic. Price seemed too good to be true but it was definitely legit.
