Getting ready for the new season and only have one bike this year ( building a house short on cash for tri bike) it is a road bike with drop bars. I have a set of aerolites now. which would be a better buy shorty bars. I like the vision minis or convert to bull horns/w shifters. I'm a pretty big fella and have had some say the shorties will be more comfortable. I only do sprint races so long periods on the bike are not an issue. Any advice is welcomed.

From my purely unscientific experience, to swap drops/jammers for bullhorns/aerobars, you'll either need anywhere from 25-100mm less stem or top tube.....if keeping the same effective SPA.
Not worth it, use the shorties and enjoy your road bike!
