Contact Noa Deutsch - she's a fantastic fitter. Yes, you'll need to bring your current bike, but she will be able to suggest "better" fits/sizes/bikes.

+1 on Noa. She works out of La Bicicletta and Fortius (in Burnaby)

This thread will be an echo chamber, simply because Noa's the best in BC.

Barb and David (BBphysio) in Victoria have a guru fit bike if using your current bike is really not an option. Both are more than competent fitters.

When I was asking around Vancouver the only place that was set up to fit you and then give you coordinates and a list of bikes that would work was West Point Cycles: http://www.westpointcycles.com/about/fitting-pg62.htm

I haven't used them, and can't vouch for them, but they will do what you're looking for.

I have also used Noa Deutsch, Pacific Multi-Sport, and Andrew Powell. They can fit you to your current bike, are experienced tri-bike fitters, but I don't necessarily share the other posters enthusiasm for any of them. PM me if you want more info.
