Hello,

I'm 6' tall and have always used 175mm cranks on whatever bike I've used. As I get older I notice my cadence is slower and it has me curious should I be using a shorter crank length?

I just purchased a Specialized Roubaix (56cm) and it has 170mm arms. This seems way too short for me. Am I using the correct length?
