anyone had experience with them? i live in nz and i got an ironman in early march. just wondering how long it would take to get em shipped here.

I live in the US, in North Carolina. I have had excellent experience/service dealing directly with HED. The replaced a hub on an old wheel. Was handled proffessionally and delivered as promise.

I would contact them directly through the contact info on their website. I have been out to their shop several times and they have always been extremely helpful and courteous.

As Terry recommended, I would contact them directly. Steve Hed will likely answer the phone, and he'll give you the straight poop on when you can expect to have your wheel. As I've said before, they are top notch, especially with regard to customer service.
