Hey everyone,
I ran yesterday and during my run I started to develop some pain on the outside of my foot between the heel and ball of my foot.
It now is uncomfortable to walk on and especially so when i twist my ankle at all. I self diagnosed for peroneal tendonitis but I tried some of the stretches and nothing really seemed to hurt except walking.
Any other ideas?
