Don't know how this happened, but is there a reasonable way to get rocks out of wheel rims and/or bike frames without completely taking them apart?

There is something dinging around in both my front rim (FLO BIKE deep rim) and the downtube of the carbon bike frame itself.

Ideas?

Rim: vacuum at the valve hole.
Frame: gotta figure out how it got in there. Something broke off inside of tube? Bottle cage pop rivet? If no opening through which something may have entered, then you gotta create an opening to get it out.
