I have a road bike with carbon-x front (I know a no-no in the tri fitting department) and yes I was fit on that bike by a professional fitter....and yes I am too stretched out.

Anyway - I'm going to buy a tri-bike (Yaqui), so I'm going to convert my current road/tri bike back to its original design. How much should it cost to get basic/functional - non fancy bars/stem/ultegra triple brakes/shifters? Any recommendations on parts? I'm going to get shorty clip-ons, too. Basically I'll try and make it a road bike/ITU legal bike.
