disc wheel sticker removal
i was thinking about getting a renn disc wheel and wanted to know how easy it easy to remove the logo on it. i know it's common to take the decals off wheels but how easy would it be. And, any ideas on designs to put on to replace it that look unique when the wheel is spinning? thanks.

That's a very good question. I've often wondered the same thing.
I've got a Renn 575, (for the record, I luv it), but the decal seems like it is on there pretty darn tight.

You could try asking frank if he could send you one with out a decal on it. www.rennmultisport.com, I order mine straight from him and had no problems.
(You may want to get your order in soon though. As soon as February rolls around he is going to be swamped with orders.)

On a side note, he has a very nice line this year.
I just wish he could get us a front wheel.

I believe it's very easy to remove the decals by blow drying them on medium heat (no curlers necessary.

Apparently not everybody reads Hints from Heloise like I do!

Thats how we get them off the cars. Works really well. Just be careful not to scratch any painted areas as the paint may be soft. A fingernail will do it once it's heated.
