I have a pair of Bontrager Aeolus rims when curved braked tracks. Due to the curvature of the brake tracks its seems that I can never get more than a small area of the pad to contact the brake track. Where as on flat brake tracks you can easily get full pad/rim contact.
Is there some technique I'm not aware of?
Also I'm getting some residue on the rims when using the Black Prince pads even though I saw on bikeradar that the trek racing uses them. What pads other than cork work well with these wheels?
