Question to the sharks here.
Decided to do more drills and started with the closed-fist drill. It immediately became apparent to me that I am about 5 seconds per 100 yards faster while using fists only vs pulling with an open hand.
It holds true over any distance I tried, with a pull buoy or without. What gives?
