I have 2002 Campagnolo Centaur 9sp. I'd like to switch from the ergo levers to bar end shifters but they only seem to make 10sp bar ends. Any idea if these will work with what I have?

Your LBS can order up a small part that will convert from 10 speed to 9 speed, but I think the derailleurs are 10 speed compatible, so all you would need to do is replace the cassette. and you have a 10 speed.

I realize this isn't the forum for this, but I just happen to have a pair of unused (put on bike and removed) Campy Bar-End 9-speed shifters. They were accidentally ordered (I wanted 10-speed). I'd gladly trade you for 10-speed bar ends or sell them to you.
