bike advice needed

I have been riding a Principia TT2 for three years now. You can see a picture something like it on this link: http://www.principiabikes.com/...ykler/tt2_light.html. As you can see it's a straight forward 76 degree frame. i only use this bike for tri specific training and racing, and do most of the rest on my road bike. i have managed over the years to find a comfortable position, and usually ride about 5:05 or so for IM on it. The frame has done maybe 15,000k, and has some signs of wear and tear (paint chips etc.)

My problem has arisen because my sponsor, a company that imports bikes into my country, has offered me a Cinelli wysiwyg frame set at an outrageously cheap price. You can see this frameset here: http://www.cinelli.it/...Triathlon/index.html.

I don't know what to do. Does anyone have experience with this frame? Does alu age, and as such, is it time to change my frame over? Is this even worth getting at all?

Any ideas at alll?

somebody hit the cinelli with the ugly stick. big time. over and over. hope s/he/it has a ggreat personality. and the principia ... that is a cool looking bike.

if the principia has *only* 15k km on it, i would think it has many thousands more km to go before it's worn out (assuming, of course, no crashes or abuse).

for vanity alone, i'd keep the principia.
