1. bettini (just to upset Wim :-) )
2. Museuw
3. VDB

although I'd love museuw to win his last Ronde. but then last year was his last, the year before as well.. :-) the dude is invincible.

A better bet Flanders would be "How many times will Hincapie say "super" in his post-race interview if he wins?"

i.e. "I was super-motivated for today's race; the team's been super-strong all spring, and as I was super-pleased with my de Panne victory, that gave me really super legs; Max was super-supportive until the final and then I just gave a super-effort for the sprint. I feel.....super"

It would be nice to Hincapie with a WC so that he can join another team next year and be "the man" for the classics rather than just a superdomestique for the team's TdF GC rider.

No, that's the correct spelling. Buom is something out of google or something? It's all screwed up, I bet they call next sunday's race the Tour de Flandres... and call it Belge, LOL.

VDB, Van Peteghem and Musseeuw will go over the last hill together. There will be others, but not sure who, if Bettini is one of them, he or musseeuw will win.

So the team who has two men in the lead pack (no more then 6-8 riders) will win.

my bet if the quicksteps are not with 2 : peter van petegem

and otherwise: Johan Musseeuw

I wonder if Hincapie would have won De Panne if he was on another team. USPS has been working on his TT form for a number of years. Plus the dude is getting serious cash for just being a water bottle carrier in July.

Petegem

Vandenbroucke

Tafi

I always have to throw a Bianchi guy in there.

More of a diesel pulling the entire train than just a water bottle boy, but your point is well taken.

Van Petegem is certainly the man to beat..

Anyone know if Julich is racing? I've been pretty impressed with his recent "second-wind"
