b/l and w/c -what does it mean?
Though I've been a swimmer for ages I just came across some abbreviations a friend of mine uses in her swim practise notations, such as:

400 pull b/l 5

2*200 b/l 3
6*100 b/l Free
8*50 b/l 3
4*50 w/c

What does b/l 3, or b/l Free or w/c mean? Does anyone have an idea?

b/l is bilateral I think. so b/l 5 is bilateral every 5 strokes etc.

w/c I have to think on
