I have years of exercise data. How do I use it to improve my training/fitness?

If there was an answer to this question, we wouldn't need coaches, would we? :)

Previous history has relatively small value. You probably could analyse it from perspective of finding out your personal weaknesses: aerobic vs strength, etc and select what workouts to do more.
The methods are described in 'Triathlon Bible' or 'Triathlon 2.0: Data-Driven Performance Training'. The author of the last one is here on ST, I think.

Where data really shines is if you apply it to current workouts. The goal of workouts is to push yourself hard enough for body to supercompensate, but not hard enough to damage. Data helps to keep efforts in this zone. But you need to apply it to your concrete body with its weaknesses and strengths. It is very difficult, because body lies. Here is where art of coaching comes to play.
