IMFL T minus 33 hours Update

ST'ers: all is well down here in the redneck riviera. Wind forecasted to drop as Noel beats a path NE. Projected at 5-10 mph on race day. NNE wind direction means a flat gulf and combined with a wetsuit friendly 71 degrees means a pretty fast swim day. Bike should be fast although there is a big bass tournament and probably some traffic from miles 86-99...we'll see. They warned at the meeting tonight that if they caught us peeing on the course the sherrif would arrest us and take us to jail. Pretty scary spending the night in jail in a trisuit!

Run should be in low to mid 70s with low humidity and a lot of sun.

All in all--a good day to be an Ironman!

Just remember to be patient out there and that no matter what you encounter, good or bad, you're prepared for it.

I'll be rooting for you here in Philly, good luck!

Sounds like the weather there will be perfect to use the "Sprint and Hold it" race strategy...
