I have a wheel cover for a velocity deep v rim and would like to trim it down to fit my 808s. Can someone with a wheel cover on 808s measure the distance from the center of the hub cutout to the edge of the wheel cover? I'd greatly appreciate it.

How about a rephrase of the question? For those of you with an 808 and wheel cover, how much of the 808 is underneath the wheel cover? An inch? Two inches? Does it matter as long as it is taped and secure? I think it would or else i could just use the full cover. I think I would want some of the bulge of the 808, but I don't really know.

You know, I actually measured this with the original post but my covers were mounted so I couldn't give you an accurate number. My cover measures exactly 19 7/16" diameter. The overlap is about 3/4". Plenty of bulge showing.
