I'm seeing these heavily advertised just now. Seems an interesting principle but wondering if I could just use my existing bands and a Swiss ball to generate some instability and save myself £160... Has anyone used one? Trying to keep the dryland work going until the open water warms up and a Vasa trainer is out of the question.

Basically you're paying for an inflatable block.
The actual swimming bit is a $15 swim cord you can buy anywhere
Just lay on your workout bench.
Saved you $150
to be accurate swim cordz (with a paddle) are $35, but otherwise you are absolutely on point. insanely expensive inflatable bench, what a scam
I went with the generic paddles ...
