Mainly the rule that some part of the swimmer's body has to be above the surface throughout the race, except during the first 15m after the start and turn when that underwater dolphin kick would be perfectly legal.

Aahh too bad, that would be an interesting race.

With a dive and a backstroke dolphin I have to believe that sub 22 is possible although sub 21 would take a freak of nature, and we know there are none of those in sports. :0)

Hill Taylor from UT took the DQ and did a 50 LCM back underwater. I think he went like a 23.xx. It's on YouTube somewhere
