Heck yeah! Odds are that they're both 7800 Dura Ace or 6600 Ultegra, so there's no difference in components.... and there's no difference in the P3c really between any year. The 06 probably still has the Wolf fork (instead of the 3T), but a P3c w/ a Wolf fork is still better than a P2c with a 3T fork.

i know the p3 is "more aero", but I would not drop down 3 years for a frame for that. I would keep my 09 p2. Sell it, and get an 09 or 10 p3 used.

IIRC these have different stack/reach numbers. If they're both in similar condition it should come down to fit. If you think you'll fit comfortably on either, then P3C might be the pick.

Depends on the size. I believe the 2 smallest sizes are identical.
