Anyone know how they judge photo finishes? Is it based on the first to touchg the finishing ribbon? Torso crossing? (it seems the feet don't matter judging by the finishing photo they just put up.

Based on the photo they showed and the red line, I'm guessing they're using the same rule here.

The red line has not yet crossed Norden's chest. It looks like it on first glance but there is a slight gap between the line and her chest.
