Anyone know how they judge photo finishes? Is it based on the first to touchg the finishing ribbon? Torso crossing? (it seems the feet don't matter judging by the finishing photo they just put up.

In track and field it's the torso. Other body parts don't count. Based on the photo they showed and the red line, I'm guessing they're using the same rule here.

That's not after. That is the official finish pic. Look at the red line. It is hitting Spirig at the hips/stomach. The red line has not yet crossed Norden's chest. It looks like it on first glance but there is a slight gap between the line and her chest.
