They just mentioned he has a new coach. Bravo!! After watching his game plan the last 2 Boston's, I'm hopeful he'll have a better strategy this go around.

his new coach is himself, and God.

or will he be horrible?

place bets!

I for one bet he podiums. This is an irrational bet, but it is mine

I'm really hopeful for him!

Is anyone able to watch this other than on universal sports (and pay $5)??

I'd gladly pay the $5 to watch it, but universalsports.com is geo-blocked for Canadians...can't find another option that works up here.

Try www.universalsports.com the coverage I'm watching is on cable television.

They were even giving props to Sister Madonna who is running today.

Watching live on WBZ right now in HD.

The africans are all sitting in the pack... conserving energy. Hall... running up front getting some face time.... wasting energy.

Ryan Hall's race strategy reminds me of a guy i know who will never make it out of cat 4. i think the draft is important in running at that speed also...

on the other hand he has nailed a 3rd and 4th place doing that

maybe he knows what he is doing, and doesn't want to allow a slow starting place which wouldn't suit him?

at least his cut his hair so 30% less surface area

If the bible says we must be humble in the eyes of God, is Hall defying his coach's orders by running from the front? Per the Universal twitter feed, he's leading the main pack again.

"The enthusiasm (absorbing or controlling possession of the mind by any interest or pursuit) is needed before breaking the milestone and not after." Sergio Escutia, on Lukas Verzbicas' subdued reaction to breaking 4 minutes in the mile.
