Which rear brake Cervelo P5?
Hello,

I have a Cervelo P5-3. I am currently running a Tririg rear brake. and would like to change it out. I am wanting a mechanical, cable, rear brake. Which would you recommend?

Requires a ton of spacers to work, which is less than ideal.

I think the OE TRP is a better way to go. I recently looked for a new rear brake because I wasn't thrilled about braking power but most things won't fit properly. Turned out the brake just needed to be taken apart/cleaned thoroughly and my pads were glazed. I decided to upgrade the pads to the large blue ones from Reynolds. Good compound and more contact area. After the cleaning, Reynolds pads, and new cables/housing, the braking is strong.
