I've had mine for about 2 or 3 years.
Don't plan to change them any time soon.
My only complaint is that it's difficult to get the elbow rests into a very narrow position without orienting the cups in a weird way.

u can change where the elbow rests sit right..because in all the pics i see they are rotated funny to the outside of the bar
